🎓 Apply for the National Youth Service

What it is

A funded place on the National Youth Service through Step-Up. You can earn up to R1,500 a month for six months while you build real sales and marketing experience.

It is performance-based and there are only 80 places, so it is not automatic. To be considered you need to be 18 to 35 and hold a South African ID.

How it works

1. Fill this in. It takes about two minutes.
2. Confirm your email with the code we send you.
3. We check your application, usually within a day.
4. Then you upload a certified copy of your ID, your SARS letter and an African Bank confirmation letter, and sign your contract in the app.

You will also need an African Bank account. The team helps you with that if you do not have one yet.

We do not ask for your ID number or any documents yet. That comes after your application is accepted.
