Who is responsible

Step Up Competitions (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2025/929384/07) is the responsible party for your personal information in this programme. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

• Your name, email, phone, chosen handle, and optional photo, to run your account and communicate with you.
• We use your phone number to send your one-time sign-in code and link and programme updates by email and on WhatsApp. Reply STOP on WhatsApp to opt out at any time; email sign-in still works.
• Basic click information (a hashed record, no raw IP) to record referrals.

Customer information

To credit your sales we look at order data, but we do not store customers' personal details and we never show them to you. Buyer email addresses are turned into a one-way code and are never kept in readable form.

Payment details

Your payout details (the WhatsApp number for your OTT vouchers, or your bank details where you are paid by EFT) are arranged with the Step-Up team directly and are not stored in this app.

Sharing

We use your information only to run the programme, pay you, and meet legal or tax duties. We do not sell it.

How long we keep it

While you are an active Champion, and afterwards only as long as tax and audit rules require.
